The Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor for Strategic Partnerships serves as the Vice Chancellor’s principal administrator and office manager, coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, reports, minutes, records, communications, and stakeholder relationships. The role also supports budget and financial management, purchasing, funding sources, and the execution of strategic and operational priorities for the Division of Strategic Partnerships and Economic Development. It is a permanent full-time position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent with four years of progressively responsible administrative or office management experience, or an associate’s degree with two years of such experience, or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent training and experience.
