Description

Revance is hiring a Data & AI leader to own the enterprise intelligence platform, from data ingestion and entity resolution through AI and machine learning models that drive commercial outcomes. The role will build a scalable, governed data and semantic architecture, operationalize AI-powered recommendation and personalization systems, embed intelligence into CRM and other commercial workflows, and lead the data and AI engineering organization. The position reports to the Chief Technology Officer and is based in Nashville, Tennessee; Dallas, Texas; or remotely.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Doctorate degree with 5 years of directly related experience, or Master’s degree with 7 years of directly related experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of directly related experience
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, and AI
At least 5 years leading data or AI/ML teams
Building intelligence systems that drove revenue growth
Translating data strategy into executive narratives and cross-functional alignment
Building and scaling data engineering, data science, and analytics teams
Modernizing enterprise data platforms for AI
Building unified data layers from multiple source systems
Establishing DataOps and MLOps practices
Operationalizing AI-enabled recommendation systems at scale
Background in healthcare, life sciences, retail, or regulated industries
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments
