Description
Core Group Resources is hiring an Experienced Recruiter for its direct-hire team. The role develops candidate pipelines, conducts phone interviews, qualifies or rejects candidates, answers candidate questions, and meets weekly call and email quotas. Candidates need 3–5 years of agency recruiting experience, contract-labor recruiting experience, and skilled-trade recruiting experience; exposure to commercial construction, oil and gas, shipyards, manufacturing, or data centers is desired. The position is full-time, hybrid, and requires on-site work Monday through Wednesday with work-from-home on Thursday and Friday.
