Description
LaunchTech is seeking a Facilities BIM Technician to support the Missile Defense Agency on the IRES contract. The role involves drafting and 3D modeling of building infrastructure across architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems; updating BIM files in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; preparing and submitting documentation; conducting site surveys; documenting design changes and construction closeout; and preparing drawing submittals. Candidates need at least four years of general full-time work experience, two years of directly related experience, building-system knowledge, CAD or modeling experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, physical ability to climb ladders and work in restricted spaces, and an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
