Amgen is hiring a Facilities Manager to provide technical and administrative leadership for the start-up and continued operations of a new site. The role supports facility operations strategy, cGMP and safety compliance, facility services and maintenance, integrated service providers, plant construction and start-up safety, continuous improvement, performance metrics, and the development of the facilities team. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED with 10 years of engineering experience, or an associate’s degree with 8 years, a bachelor’s degree with 4 years, a master’s degree with 2 years, or a doctorate; biotechnology, pharmaceutical, military, vendor management, building systems, and cGMP experience are preferred.
