DSA Doors is hiring a Facilities Manager to own the reliability and condition of manufacturing facilities, utilities, production-support systems, and grounds. The role will build and manage a preventive maintenance program and CMMS, identify infrastructure risks, lead facility improvements and capital projects, coordinate inspections and compliance activities, and manage contractors and service providers. Candidates should have facilities or industrial maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems, and the ability to manage projects, budgets, contractors, and competing priorities.
