Aleut Federal is hiring a full-time Facility Security Officer (FSO) in Colorado Springs to serve as the single enterprise owner for industrial-security programs supporting Department of Defense and Department of Energy requirements. The role manages facility clearances, FOCI and KMP records, personnel security, classified-contract controls, safeguarding, training, reporting, self-inspections, government reviews, and insider-threat support across multiple cleared entities and facilities. It requires U.S. citizenship, active Top Secret eligibility, a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of progressively responsible industrial-security experience including five years supporting the National Industrial Security Program, and experience leading security programs for multiple cleared entities.
