Price Benowitz LLP is hiring an experienced Family Law Attorney to expand its presence in Raleigh and the surrounding Triangle market. The attorney will manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, and domestic violence or protective orders; transition and expand an existing book of business; develop referrals and client relationships; represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations; and provide strategic counsel. The role requires a J.D., an active North Carolina Bar license, at least five years of family law experience, and a proven ability to generate and maintain a book of business. Compensation includes highly competitive pay with uncapped earning potential, a generous commission structure, no billable-hour requirements, firm marketing and intake support, and schedule flexibility.
