Description
Botpress is hiring a Financial Controller to serve as the financial backbone of its fast-growing enterprise AI customer-support platform. Reporting to the VP Finance, the role leads end-to-end accounting operations, monthly and annual close, revenue recognition, payables and receivables, payroll, reconciliations, audits, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow modeling, board and investor reporting, SaaS metrics, and scalable financial systems. The position also manages a small finance team and partners with leaders on expenses, headcount, and unit economics. Botpress requires a CPA, at least five years of progressively responsible accounting or finance experience including three or more years in a controller or senior accounting leadership role, and experience with automation, SaaS or startups, FP&A, and financial systems. The role is fully on-site and includes medical, dental, vision, travel, and life insurance.
