Affordable Plumbing, Heat & Electrical is hiring a Fleet Manager in Colorado Springs to oversee the maintenance, repair, safety, compliance, and performance of company vehicles, trailers, and specialized equipment. The role combines hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance with fleet management duties such as coordinating repairs, tracking records and inventory, managing registrations and insurance, and ensuring DOT and safety compliance. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience, strong mechanical skills, a valid driver's license, and MVR eligibility; a CDL is a plus.
