Description
PCA is hiring a Flexo Machine Operator to set up, print, and die-cut corrugated packaging, inspect dies and box quality, operate machinery at available capacity, assist other operators, complete production and safety reports, and submit maintenance work orders. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to work overtime and in a manufacturing environment; packaging or manufacturing experience and six months of Flexo machine experience are preferred. The starting salary is $23.57–$24.71, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
