Description
PCA is hiring a Flexo Machine Operator to set up, print, and die-cut corrugated packaging, inspect dies and box quality, operate machinery at available capacity, assist operators and utility staff, complete production and safety reports, and submit maintenance work orders. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to work overtime and in a manufacturing environment; packaging or manufacturing experience and six months of Flexo machine experience are preferred. The starting salary is $22.82 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
