West Shore Home is hiring a Flooring Installer in the Raleigh-Durham area for a Monday-Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM. The role involves loading materials and trucks, traveling to customer homes, greeting customers, removing existing flooring, installing replacement flooring and trim, cleaning up, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse. Compensation is approximately $17-$20 per hour, with health, retirement, HSA, paid time off, and other benefits. Applicants need relevant installation or remodeling experience, basic hand and power tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and access to a smartphone or smart device for company systems.
