Millennium Print Group is hiring a full-time, onsite Folder Gluer Operator in Morrisville, North Carolina. The role sets up and operates Bobst folder gluing equipment to produce straight-line cartons, auto-bottom cartons, four-corner displays, sleeves, and other specialty packaging products. Responsibilities include reviewing production specifications, monitoring quality, troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, maintaining records, coordinating with production teams, and communicating machine status during shift handoffs. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least four years of folder gluer operating experience; Bobst equipment and packaging or converting experience are preferred.
