CallMiner is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer in Prague to take customer use cases from concept through production deployment. The role combines conversation design and integration engineering, requiring the engineer to design architectures, build agents and custom integrations, connect systems and data flows, test against real traffic, and work with customer engineers and executives. It is a hybrid position requiring significant customer on-site availability and willingness to travel.
