Instructure is hiring a Pod Founder to start and run an AI-product business around a validated customer problem. The role involves finding and validating a problem, building a product with a Builder, selling pilots and paying customers, and managing the pod’s profit and loss. The Pod Founder works with a Builder, has a token budget, and reports to the President, New Markets.
