Description
Takt is hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer to be the first engineering hire and work directly with the founders on the core intelligence engine for modern factories. The role involves designing, building, and deploying systems across the product, infrastructure, and architecture stack, with a focus on full-stack production code, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI-native development. The position is based in San Francisco in person four to five days per week, offers 50 to 70 hours per week, pays 120,000 to 180,000, and includes 0.5 to 1% equity.
