Battle House Laser Tag is hiring a part-time Front Desk and Customer Service Team Member in Wake Forest, North Carolina. The role greets guests, checks players in for games, parties, and events, answers phones, explains pricing and game options, assists with party check-ins and room setup, maintains the front desk and party areas, and coordinates with game hosts and managers. Weekend availability is required, and the position pays $11 to $13 per hour, with potential to reach $15 per hour as a Shift Lead. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, friendly, dependable, comfortable communicating with families and groups, and able to work evenings and weekends; laser tag experience is not required because training is provided.
