Description
The Front Office Specialist serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing customer service, answering phones, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance authorizations, collecting payments, managing patient flow, completing daily reconciliations, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. The role is primarily performed in a standard office or clinical setting, may require travel, and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer or patient-facing experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
