Description
Shaw University is hiring an Assistant Athletic Trainer to report to the Head Athletic Trainer and support the health and safety of student-athletes. The role covers injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, referrals, practice and game coverage, athletic training room support, inventory management, and supervision of student and graduate assistant athletic trainers. The position requires extensive travel, evening and weekend work, a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training with at least one year of collegiate or professional experience, and required North Carolina athletic trainer licensure and certification.
