The role manages a five-person team, drives revenue and city profitability, oversees operational KPIs, builds relationships with city stakeholders, leads cross-functional initiatives, and develops direct reports. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least seven years of relevant operations, strategy, supply chain, or consulting experience, at least five years of people management experience, data-driven decision-making, and 25% travel.
