Description
SCC Soft Computer is hiring a Genetics Associate Support Specialist Level 1 to perform smoke, integration, and hot-fix correction testing of Genetics products in SCC or client environments, document test results, and troubleshoot non-complex application issues under the direction of a Team Lead or Manager. The role also supports post-delivery software validation, client task monitoring, workload review, and administrative duties. An associate’s degree is required, while healthcare or information technology education and relevant genetic laboratory experience are preferred.
