Description
The PMO Program Manager will establish and operate a portfolio governance and program-management function for nine Advanced Manufacturing and Digital Transformation SMEs across multiple US and Mexican factories. The role consolidates technology roadmaps, capital plans, business cases, ROI standards, stage-gate processes, dashboards, risk management, and benefits realization; partners with finance and plant leadership; and spends the majority of working time at factory sites. It requires a bachelor's degree, PMP or equivalent certification, and 12+ years of progressive program or portfolio management experience, with international travel of approximately 30–50%. The annual salary range is $112,100 to $187,100 USD, with a competitive benefits package.
