Abacus Technology is hiring a full-time Program Manager to provide acquisition and advisory services for the EPASS program at Lackland AFB. The role involves planning, researching, analyzing, and assessing weapons-system acquisition; developing cost, schedule, and performance plans; preparing statutory and regulatory reports; supporting program management and senior-level reviews; and preparing status briefings for senior management. Candidates need 12+ years of program or acquisition management experience, including at least 5 years in a DoD environment, a related bachelor’s degree, systems-acquisition knowledge, strong communication skills, and a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
