Zoom is hiring a Global Program Manager for its Premier Support and Technical Account Management team to serve as the primary strategic partner for a select portfolio of enterprise customers. The role manages complex, large-scale implementation and success programs across multiple teams and time zones, including project planning, stakeholder communication, risk monitoring, change management, customer feedback, and metrics development. Candidates need at least 10 years of global enterprise project management experience, executive communication skills, relevant technical knowledge, and a PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent professional experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $97,600 to $225,700 and follows a hybrid work approach.
