Description
MTSI is hiring a Senior Ground Systems Engineer to support the Space Rapid Capabilities Office in developing first-of-kind space vehicles and missions. The role provides System Engineering Technical Assistance, including software and architecture development, integration and testing, ground antenna network operations, scheduling systems, requirements review, process improvement, risk management, and technical guidance to program teams. It requires at least 10 years of DoD/IC or relevant industry experience, a TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility, and full-time onsite work near Colorado Springs with up to 30% travel within the continental United States. The stated pay range is $170,000 to $220,000 per year.
