Description
The Groundskeeper maintains the aesthetic appeal and safety of an apartment complex by cleaning common areas, managing trash and debris, performing minor landscaping and outdoor maintenance, and reporting hazards. The role requires knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment, the ability to operate lawn mowers and trimmers, physical labor, outdoor work in varying weather, reliable transportation, and teamwork. Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience is preferred, and the position is primarily outdoors with exposure to heat, cold, rain, and snow.
