Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides general human resources support for Talent Acquisition operations, including recruiting, job posting, applicant tracking, sourcing, interview scheduling, job fairs, candidate counseling, metrics review, and customer guidance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree in a related field plus two years of relevant professional experience, with recent human resources, Taleo, and human capital management experience preferred. It is a contract position through Healthcare Systems Staffing, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule and partial remote work with onsite work as needed.
