McKesson is hiring a Health Services Specialist in Cary, North Carolina to support specialty medication access for patients and providers. The role handles prior authorizations, copay and financial assistance coordination, reimbursement activities, patient and provider communication, pharmacy workflow coordination, prescription triage, and adverse-event reporting. It is a hybrid position requiring onsite work two days per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule and one monthly Saturday shift. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available. The position requires at least three years of related experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong customer service and organizational skills, and preferably an associate degree or higher, insurance or benefits investigation experience, and a Certified Pharmacy Technician designation.
