Description
The Tepa Companies is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators to work on active construction sites in the Mountain States Region. The role involves operating excavators, loaders, graders, scrapers, skid loaders, rollers, and other construction equipment; performing inspections and maintenance; loading and offloading materials; reading surveying and construction plans; coordinating with engineers and crew; and performing related physical construction work. Candidates need at least 10 years of construction equipment operating experience, knowledge of excavation and safety practices, the ability to read construction drawings, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel as required. The position pays $24.42–$37.89 per hour plus per diem for travelers 95+ miles from the job site.
