The Training Lead Supervisor will manage housekeeping training, inspect guest rooms and public areas, coach cleaning staff, track performance, update SOPs, and support employee recognition and disciplinary processes. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft Office proficiency, English and Spanish bilingual skills, strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
