Description
The HR Manager / HR Generalist will provide end-to-end HR services from employee onboarding through contract expiry, manage new-hire onboarding and induction, support expatriate full-cycle employment and occasional relocation, maintain HR records and compliance, and contribute to workforce administration, compensation, benefits, performance, talent management, and training processes. The role also supports regional teams occasionally and requires at least three years of HR experience, knowledge of UAE labor regulations, visa and immigration experience, vendor experience, and B2+ English and Ukrainian proficiency.
