PWR Pack is seeking an HR Manager to own the full HR policy and act as a strategic and operational partner to the Executive Board and managers as the company grows and professionalizes. The role leads the HR team and spans HR strategy, organizational development, performance management, recruitment and workforce planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and compliance, and HR projects aimed at improving culture, inclusion, and employee satisfaction.
