Description
Queue is hiring a Human Resources Lead to build the company's people function from the ground up as it grows from approximately 20 employees to 40–50 and beyond. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will design and implement scalable HR programs, establish people operations infrastructure, lead onboarding and employee development, manage compensation and benefits, support employee relations and compliance, and partner with founders and managers on organizational design and workforce planning.
