Cayman First is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team and oversee the full HR function. The role is strategic and operational, partnering with executive management to lead HR strategy, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, recruitment, performance management, training and development, compliance, and board reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of HR manager experience, HR certification, strong knowledge of Cayman Islands employment-related legislation, and proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
