NBCUniversal is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead HR support for an innovative new initiative, with primary accountability for the Canadian workforce and a strong focus on Quebec. Based in Montreal, the role partners with leaders and employees across technical and creative teams to build and mature HR practices, covering employee relations, labor relations, health and safety, talent planning, workforce growth, immigration, compliance, leave administration, employee records, and change management. The position requires at least five years of progressive HR experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of Quebec employment law and Canadian HR practices, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and bilingual French-English communication. Candidates must work in the Montreal office at least four days per week, be authorized to work in Canada, and be willing to travel and work overtime when required.
