ServiceSource is hiring a Human Resource Manager to lead HR functions for an aligned portfolio or division, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits, leave, terminations, investigations, audits, and HRIS administration. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, unionized-environment and nonprofit experience, and prior supervisory experience; 15 years of work-related experience may substitute for the degree, and HR certification is preferred.
