Milender White, a Graham Group Company, is looking for a Human Resources Manager to act as a frontline people partner for their businesses located in Orange County, California. This role involves supporting operations across three markets—Denver, Southern California (Newport Beach), and San Diego—and focuses on implementing HR strategies, coaching managers, resolving employee relations, ensuring compliance, and delivering people programs. The HR Manager will also lead one direct report, an HR Generalist.
