Spaces Group Inc. is hiring an HR Manager to lead the people function across its Canadian operations during an 18-month maternity-leave coverage contract, with an anticipated start date of mid-September. Reporting to the CEO, the role oversees HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding and offboarding, and administrative support across multiple locations. The position requires a bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, at least three years of progressive human resources experience including leadership, and strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation.
