Description
The Human Capital Business Partner will support employee relations, industrial relations, total rewards, talent management, succession planning, and human capital business process improvement across Becton, Dickinson and Company. The role manages compensation and benefits planning, advises leadership, develops HR programs, leads HR projects, and coordinates talent acquisition activities. It requires a business or HR compensation and benefits diploma or equivalent, at least seven years of general HR and HRBP experience, knowledge of local labor law and industrial relations, and strong English and Malay communication skills. The primary work location is Bard Kulim in Kedah, Malaysia.
