Applied ABC is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical ABA services for children and families, carry an active caseload, conduct assessments, develop treatment and behavior support plans, supervise RBTs and behavior technicians, train caregivers, monitor progress, and maintain compliant documentation. The role requires active BCBA certification, a master's degree in ABA or a related field, current supervision certification, applicable state licensure, and experience supervising staff and working with children with autism.
