Description
The IDEA Data Analyst supports the Office of Institutional Data, Effectiveness, and Analytics by validating institutional data, building queries, creating Tableau reports and dashboards, administering surveys and the Watermark Faculty Course Questionnaire, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative results. The role reports to the Director of IDEA, collaborates with campus stakeholders, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years of related experience, relational-database querying skills, and strong analytical, organizational, project-management, and communication abilities. The position is on-site or hybrid with two campus days per week, pays $56,286–$72,627 annually, and has a potential start date of October 1, 2026.
