Description
Proton is hiring an Implementation Manager to own standard customer engagements from pre-sales solutioning through go-live. The role leads project planning, configuration, integrations, data readiness, testing, training, cutover, stakeholder governance, risk management, and implementation outcomes, while partnering with Engineering and Engagement Managers on complex cases. It is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the Harvard Square office and occasional customer-site travel. The position requires at least two years of implementation or technical project-delivery experience, technical fluency with APIs and integrations, strong customer-facing communication, and practical use of AI tools. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 plus equity, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
