Description
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for onboarding and adopting Fourth’s restaurant and hospitality management solutions. The role works directly with customers to assess readiness, configure solutions, coordinate third-party integrations, validate data, support change management, and drive adoption. It requires customer-facing problem-solving, solution design, project coordination, communication, and familiarity with Excel and presentation tools.
