Description
The Infant Guide will provide primary caregiving to 1–3 infants in a Montessori/RIE-based child development center, collaborate with other guides and teachers, observe and document developmental progress, communicate with families and leadership, support classroom accreditation and standards, and mentor other teachers. The role requires at least five years of infant-environment experience, primary caregiving and observation skills, and communication skills; a bachelor’s degree and Montessori or RIE training are preferred. The position is based at Bandwidth’s Raleigh, North Carolina headquarters and offers medical, vision, and dental coverage.
