Capital Group is hiring an Information Security Engineer III to secure and modernize privileged access management capabilities within its Identity and Access Management organization. The role designs, implements, and supports PAM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, with initiatives including StrongDM adoption, privileged access workstation enhancements, ServiceNow integration, and Azure support. The engineer will troubleshoot complex access and authentication issues, provide Tier 3 support, monitor and respond to incidents, remediate vulnerabilities, and establish PAM governance and audit-ready reporting. The position offers base salary ranges of $121,554-$194,486 in Charlotte and $141,648-$226,637 in Southern California, along with bonuses, retirement contributions, health benefits, and flexible work options.
