WithersRavenel is hiring an Infrastructure Asset Management Project Engineer in a hybrid role based out of Wilmington, North Carolina. The position supports municipalities across North Carolina by developing asset management plans for water and wastewater utilities, evaluating infrastructure condition and performance using GIS and asset data, performing risk assessments, and helping prioritize maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement strategies. The role requires a licensed Professional Engineer, a civil, environmental, or related engineering degree, and at least 4 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering, utility infrastructure, asset management, or consulting.
