Description

Thatch is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to own the reliability, security, and performance of its HIPAA-compliant healthcare benefits platform. The role involves designing and operating infrastructure with Terraform, improving CI/CD and developer workflows, strengthening access controls and vulnerability management, and reducing reliability risks. Candidates should have production infrastructure, platform, DevOps, or SRE experience, a track record of owning critical systems, PostgreSQL or comparable relational database experience, and experience with infrastructure as code.
