Description
The Instructional Para Educator assists classroom teachers and students by supporting curriculum delivery, preparing materials, administering and grading tests, monitoring behavior, documenting student achievement, and handling basic clerical work. The role may work with behaviorally challenging children and requires a high school equivalency diploma, a criminal background check and fingerprinting, and no professional work experience. Public-sector experience and cultural competence are preferred.
