Description
The Insurance Auditor investigates and examines the financial and operational characteristics of commercial business operations to determine earned premium and other auditable exposures. The role conducts phone and physical premium audits, verifies insured classifications and premium bases, maintains working relationships with agents and insureds, develops audit procedures, and may provide guidance and training to junior staff. Candidates should reside in Tennessee, North Carolina, or Georgia; a bachelor’s degree or four to six years of related experience and training is required, along with an insurance certificate or AIS designation, a valid driver’s license, and legal work authorization in the United States.
